Gershon Mejia

Program Coordinator, Global Center for Women and Justice

Gershon is a new staff member at GCWJ and is thrilled to be part of the VU family. He graduated from UCR in 2018 with a B.A. in Spanish and later completed a two-year Bible school program in Anaheim. He then worked for three years as a Spanish translator at Living Stream Ministry before transitioning to the Typesetting Department for the next two and a half years.
Gershon has been serving his church and community for over 10 years and enjoys coffee, outdoor walks, meeting new people, and exploring new food places. Beginning in January, he will pursue a master’s degree in educational and clinical counseling at Azusa Pacific University with the goal of helping young people pursue their dreams and life goals.
